The new Etude House Bubble Tea Sleeping Pack just looks amazing!!!
Seriously for looks alone I would give it ****** out of 6 stars!
Unfortunately looks aren’t everything – if you have to live with someone every day and enjoy their company they also have to preform well 😉
I have the Strawberry version which is for dry skin – and it is really moisturizing but it doesn’t last very long on the skin for being a sleeping mask. I think mine was gone after 15 min or so. It does give moisture but right now I would wish I had chosen the Black Tea for elasticity.
Also the cute packaging is not very smart structure wise or very hygienic so for now it will just sit on my shelf and look pretty which is not what a longtime relationship should be like 😉
A little from Etude House on how to use the mask – which is what I did:
You take a spoonful of sleeping mask – and get one of the “pearls” which you squeeze with the spoon and then put on your lovely face…
This makes the mask more moisturizing because the pearls contains nurturing ingredients however it also makes the mask impossible to keep from getting tons of germs in it because they are at the bottom and you get so much goo on the spoon while getting one of the pearls up from the mask… or maybe that is just me?! 🙂
Performance wise I would give this sleeping mask ** out of 6 but I might still grab the Black Tea – that is how much I love cute packaging 😛 I really miss good Bubble Tea!!!
The other day I wrote about my favourite lip products but I did not include any Asian products so today I am going to tell you which Asian products I really love for my lips.
These ultra cute lip balms are Bee Happy lip balms and Missing you lip balms from Etude House. I really like both versions but they do come in a jar which is not the best solution. I give them **** out of 6 stars!
I totally love Etude House Jelly lip sticks. The packaging are so adorable and they look very pretty on the lips.
I have to admit that these are some of my favourites. Along with the Holika Holika jelly lip but that one is not availible anymore unfortunately. You can find some on Ebay but they are insanely expensive compared to what they used to be… 🙂 I give them ***** out of 6 stars!
I really like the Fruits Pop Glosses from Holika Holika. They just have a little sparkle in them and are so pretty on the lips. They smell yummi too! ***** out of 6 stars!
The last products that I really love from Korea are Sulwhasoo Lip balms with a hint of color! These are hard to find though but they are so soft on the lips and very nurturing.
I give them ****** out of 6 stars!
I have to admit that I also love The History of Whoo lip sticks – they are just so pretty!
I can not say how many stars I will give them because I haven’t dared to try mine 😉
Have a wonderful day! 🙂
Better late than never I will post my favorite products in July!
Moisturizer / primer: Etude House Pearl Aura Brightening Essence Lotion / 100 ml.
I really love this light lotion to put under my foundation or BB cream when I am in a hurry. It gives glow and moisture and is very easy to use. You get a large amount for few money and it smells so good. I would buy this again.
****** out of 6 stars!
My most used perfume in July has to be:
Clean’s skin perfume. It’s hard to describe the scent because it changes so much on each person but I love it.
****** out of 6 stars!
And then I totally love my MAC Alluring Aquatic Collection Bronzer – I am sorry because I know you can not get this anymore 😦
But I have worn it all summer and I really love it **** out of 6 stars! Which is very high for a bronzer when I give out stars. It is shimmery and very beautiful – but it is a tad golden if you have fair skin!
This is one of my basic mask sheets that I use all year round but especially in the summer time. I store them in my fridge so they are cold and soothing and they provide very good moisture for your skin. Some people dislike Etude House masks, says that they are too per-fumy for them but I really like them – especially this, the Honey, The Green Tea and the Aloe Vera mask. Of course I also like that they are very affordable and is usually found for around only $1 – 2 per sheet mask.
Etude House, Hyaluronic Acid
After cleansing your face and putting on your toner – just apply a sheet mask for 10 – 30 min and relax a little. I promise you that your skin will thank you – especially after a long day where you have had too much sun a cooling Aloe Vera mask might be the thing that saves your skin from burning all night!
**** out of 6 stars for most of the Etude House regular mask sheets!
You can buy them for US $ 3.95 for 3 sheets on Ebay!
To be honest there are not many eyeliners that I really love.
Etude House Play 101 Pencils are some of the best I have tried at least compared to the price.
They exist in sooo many colors!
This time I bought nr. 36 which is a very pretty blue. I normally don’t wear dark colors but I want to play with new things.
Looking forward to trying it out and create new looks with my new Makeup Geek foil shadows and this pencil!
A lot of people are not aware that a skin tonic is one of the most important steps in your skincare routine!
Why? Because the skin tonic is a refresher for your skin. It takes out the last impurities and helps the skin renew itself again after the basic cleanser – weather you use a cleansing oil, a cream or a foam mousse – the skin is not entirely clean and needs a toner to remove dead skin cells and nurture your skin so its prepped for the ampule or essence you use afterwards!
My favourite toners are:
Hada-Labo Super Hyaluronic Acid Lotion
Pixi Skintreats Glow Tonic with 5 % Glycolic Acid – peeling toner
Galactomyces by Purebess
Skin Food Avocado Toner
Wonder Pore Refreshner, Etude House
Dust Out – Holika Holika – not just a skintonic but also a mask spray that helps you protect your skin from harmful factors like pollution or dust.
Clinique Moisture Surge face spray – very good for giving extra moisture to your skin for instance on airplanes or in cars.
And a few that can be used as a setting spray after makeup:
MAC Fix+ Especially good to spray on your brush if you want your eyeshadow to last longer and be more intensive.
L’Occitane Pivoine Sublime Perfecting Mist – mostly setting spray for normal weather.
Urban Decay All Nighter Makeup Setting Spray, Long-lasting – really good in the summer if its hot.
